common event with Item

hey everyone
I don't know if this is an error or something I did, the thing is I wanted the player to access all the notes they find while playing from their menu, I didn't know how to do that in an easy way so I followed someone's advice which is to create a common event with the same text on the note and connect it to the item. At the beginning it was good but on some points, different notes will show up instead of the intended one. For example here, It should show Martha's note however It shows Minny's note although I pretty sure of the item ID. Anyone knows what could be the cause of this ?

A screenshot of the event that shows the wrong note would be helpful, since there are a few reasons why it may not be working right.

I think you may have accidentally added Minny's note instead of Martha's note while making that event.

You should add every item on the inventory of the player.
Make sure you did that right.
Second thing to check is the items themselves calling the correct common event.
Check all these and tell us if you found anything wrong.

No I'm pretty sure It's Martha's note

All the items are in the inventory and I checked the common event but still the same

The common events only show the messages, right? The items in the menu are the items from the database. There's no way you added Martha's note but Minny's note showed up unless there's some sort of problem with the item addition. Have you made multiple items with the same name?

I think it's the JavaScript code I have been using I will replace with the "change item" option and see.
