Yes, because I've been working exclusively on white theme. I'm only one person yo ;w;
EDIT: I just finished so far with Light theme and updated Dark theme to have the same size as Light Theme.

Would it be possible to make signature blocks stand out less? Currently on the light theme the sig gets more focus than the post itself

Also, the way the old forum alternated shades of blue for thread titles helped make it easy to follow

is that possible with the forum update? I liked that.

Hmmmm.... definitely going to have to try the other skins. The new default one looks a bit too plain lol. I kind of miss the old format, but I'll get used to this one I guess. Could just be the skin that is glaring to me, lol.

I don't completely understand the need for individual posts moving when you hover over them. It's rather distracting. Other than that, thank you for putting in the work.

It's funny how Archeia's message image fade well with online dot signature, is this a strategic decision? ^_^

edit: oh, only the red dot, I'm noticing now that online is cyan XD

@Archeia thank you for your hard work. As TheoAllen said, it would be nice if certain highlights or text colors could act differently when using the dark theme, but I can see it in the "to do" list so I am looking forward to it.

Good news I'm making progress :kaopride:
Thank you so much! When the post said "the new forum update is here" and "new themes" and the colours had all changed, I thought it was all finished.

The RMW Light theme is beautiful <3

I was just about to post about this very thing. I actually find it super annoying and completely useless, and really wish there was some way to turn it off. It's like the developers behind this forum software were like, "hey, look at this cool thing I can do with mouseovers in jquery" and then threw it in for kicks.

Unrelated, but another nitpick: When highlighting text in the editor, it's impossible to tell what is actually highlighted because the changes in text/background color is too subtle. When you guys start fixing up Dank Theme, I hope this can be dealt with.

Edit: Clarified the highlighting issue.

Been around since the original forum theme. While this theme could still use a few tweaks (don't personally care for the hovering messages) this is visually my favorite update to the forums yet.

Very sleek. Great way to move into the next decade.

Interesting update to the site. But is it just me, or is there no way to mark all forums as read from the main page anymore? I see that you can go into each specific forum area and have the button to mark that one as read, but on the old site there used to be a button at the top of the site that marked all areas of the forum as read.

At least, in RMW light theme, the moving part is gone. So it is possible to turn it off, we just have to deal with it, for the time being, if you're using the dark theme.

You can click on the New Posts button and there's a Mark as Read option there. So not on the main page, but you don't need to go into each individual forum.

I notice you can toggle the side widgets on/off ... nice!

In the list of posts (either new posts or within a forum), I no longer see the little avatar that indicates what threads I've posted in. In the previous version, it showed the avatar of the person who started the thread, and if I'd posted in it, there was a small version of my avatar as well. That's not there anymore. Will it come back? I found it handy. I do notice the small dots on each, but I think that's showing online status.

Of all the three different themes available now, that one is the only one without the moving feature though...I cannot speak for everybody, but for people like me, who have to work in front of a computer for the whole day, a light theme is not even an option. I really wish that it could be removed from the dark theme as well.

Although I do not deem it as a vital change. I dislike it, but I can live with it. Perfection is not of this world after all.

Isn't it funny. I work in front of a computer all day every day as well, and then some more at home, and I cannot stand dark themes. One of the numerous reasons I avoid steam.

I expect Archeia is still working to sort out the little things, and at some point there will be a thread where we can all post the remaining issues we are aware of.

Yeah, an entire site revamp is a big task. She will need time to iron out the little quirks out of the theme. I assume the fixes to the other themes will be standardized after its been found and fixed on the main theme.

At the moment, I must say the theme (Default light) is wonderful looking, I love it!

I really like the new look, and as of now, don't have any complaints!

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
