I voted for "Other Graphical Assets." As I mentioned in the official survey topic, I'd just like a bunch of character packs to play around with, particularly if they match up with the RTP or just have enough to fill up a whole game on their own. It'd be especially nice if they came with frontview battlers as well. I'm not particularly fond of the character generator (it's kind of limited, especially when it comes to making emosets, and can't make frontview battlers), so I just prefer to use premade characters.
After character packs would be battlebacks, which are almost nonexistent. As of now there's so few available it's easier to make do with the default ones or just try to cobble together one's own; there's still gaps in the areas the former covers and the latter isn't an easy option if one lacks graphic editing skills.
After that would be frontview battlers, which are also uncommon. It's to be expected since sideview is far more popular, but it's still rather disappointing.
More tilesets would indeed be nice, for reasons that others have stated more eloquently than I can. While there's still a notable lack of certain types (like snow worlds), they aren't a priority for me since one look through the Resources section here reveals a nice variety of free tileset addons, plus there's a fair few tileset packs available already.
More sound effects are also nice, since they're kind of neglected yet can help change up a game's feel a lot. That being said, sound effects are something that can work in a lot of stuff outside of RPG Maker, so worst come to worst it's not too difficult to find a source of sound effects elsewhere on the internet.
There's a billion-and-a-half music packs in the official store already, plus a fair few more in the General Resources section here on the forums, and that's just from here. That being said, there are some music types that seem to be rather lacking (for example, I'd love to see a music pack dedicated solely to battle/boss/final boss themes).
All that said, what I'd be willing to pay for all this depends on what's available in the pack. I'm not likely to drop ten bucks on a tileset that only covers one room, but ten-twenty for a full pack of characters with map sprites + frontview battlers + full emotion sets is perfectly fine, and something like thirty-fifty for a graphics pack that could cover an entire game on its own is a bargain. If I'm paying for assets, I'd also expect professional quality with actual effort put into it; if I wanted pig waste, I could make it myself without paying a cent.
It also depends on the terms; I'm not buying anything that's strictly for noncommercial use or disallows editing of the resources (or heaven forbid, both!). While I'm mostly planning on making free games (albeit with the option for donations, which would send them into commercial territory anyway), I'm sure plenty of others would use paid assets in commercial games, and for them it'd be nice if they could earn back their investment and make their game at least a little different from others using the assets.
