Compatibity with Yami's Skill Equip + Passive Skills

I'm having problem with Yami's Skill Equip + any passive skills scripts. (Yami's website is off, so I'm uploading the Skill Equip Script)

The effect works and all, but the problem is that even if the skill isn't equiped, it still affects the character.

I'm completely useless when it comes to scripting, can anyone make this work?

Easy enough to do. Put the following after both scripts.
