Computer Refresh= Mv going back into Trial Mode?

Hey Guys, I recently had to refresh my computer due to it being unable to start up, And when it finally finished refreshing I Went and loaded Mv it thinks I'm in a trial. I bought mv back on 5/8/16, I tried going back to the email when I bought it and using that activation key, but when I type my email and activation key, A message pops up saying "Resource not found". Am I missing something here? I don't want to have to buy the software again.

Looks like your "refresh" really messed up the registry. And if it wasn't starting up before that, there is no guessing what else might be messed up.
I suggest starting to backup all your data, because you might have to reformat and reinstall instead of refreshing.

It might be something as simple as blocking the editor from accessing the DRM server in your firewall setting, or it might be a completely broken windows.

I suggest you send a tech-support ticket through the support link on top of the website, no one here on the forum can check for the keys or the DRM. We can only give technical support.
