Conditional Branch based on level

I can't seem to find a conditional branch setting like 'Actor is level ...' or something. 

Is it possible to do anything like that?

Right now, I'm just using a 'skill learned' condition where the skill is learned at the level I want my actors to be when the event takes place, but is there any way to do this more easily -- am I missing something?

(sorry for my english, it's not really that good)

Simply use a control variable to load the level number into a variable, and then a conditional branch checking that variable.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
