Confirmation Email Fiasco

My friend has never gotten a confirmation email. Do I tell her to just try again? If so, how can she ask for a confirmation email to the same email? It's been a month and she doesn't know what to do.

If nothing can be done before 6/21/2017, then tell me. She's irritated and is set on leaving the forums on the 21st. *shrug*

Is she ON the forums? Why isn't she posting herself instead of getting you to do it? Has she posted about it on the forums yet? How long ago did she buy the product (and what product did she buy)? Did she follow the Support link on www.rpgmakerweb.com and ask them about it? Doesn't seem like she's tried too many things, so I don't know why she's irritated - got to ask for help before anyone knows you have a problem.

Actually, did she even BUY a product, or are you talking about access to the forum? You're leaving a lot of information out yourself, so it's a bit hard to help.

If she hasn't gotten a confirmation email from the forum, there's a chance it's gone into her spam folder, either on her client or on her ISP. In that case she needs to whitelist rpgmakerweb.com and try again.

Confirmation email to get on the forums, my bad. She logged in, but she can't do anything but view the forums which is why I'm posting this. The product works fine (at least, I assume); it's just the access to the forums that's bugging her.

And I'll tell her.

You don't need a confirmation email to gain access to the forums.

However, just at the moment we are having a problem with a few new members who cannot post anything. We need to know your friend's username here, though, because without that we can do nothing. Perhaps you could pm me with her details.
