So I have looked around and can't find anything concrete on this. Is there a way to create a consumable type of ammo to use with a weapon, such as a Bow in one hand and an arrow where the Shield would be. Anyone know a way I could do this so that when I have any arrows left it lets me fire it and NOT when you run out of ammo unless you can equip a different arrow on the fly during battle? (Changing arrows types during battle would also be great) Thanks again!

I think you can make an ammo system through eventing.....I guess?


I don't know if it'll match your full description but I'll try find a way.

By consumable ammo would be Yanfly´s LimitedSkillUsages


and the firing wepaon you should put just an animation on the weapon...


maybe that´s it :D

You can make skills that consume MP or TP, and make a skill that recovers it. With an assistance of a script, you can replace the guard command with that skill for that specific character.

Hey any help would be appreciated BoredSoul. The Yanfly plugin was a nice thought, CrossBones, however I need something that you use that depletes and that I could recover by buying or finding arrows. I still thank you for contributing.

Remember that Attack and Guard are aways the 1st and 2nd skills.
You can make the attack to cost MP or TP and as @AceOfAces_Mod said to make guard to recover MP/ TP

..... Couldn't you just make the item and have it eat the Item? I'm pretty sure there's a plugin for this somewhere that is about skills costing items
