Hello,

I am looking for a plugin that will display additional text when a choice is hovered (pre-selection). I've looked at most of the major message systems (YEP, HIME) and haven't found this feature. It looks like there was a discussion that got close a couple of years ago, but that didn't have a resolution:

This feature did exist in a VX Ruby script by DP3 (modified by BoluBolu to support pictures):

But DP3 seems to be defunct (judging by the original site where the script was hosted now being a parked domain).

Before I begin the task of converting this existing VX Ruby script to an MV JavaScript plugin, I just wanted to double check and make sure that I didn't miss an existing MV JavaScript plugin that supplied this feature (of a contextual window when hovering over choices in a choice list).

Thanks for any help!

Not sure why I wasn't able to find it in my initial search, but it does exist! Thanks to DreamX, as he describes in this thread:

https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/choice-help-window.59756/

It doesn't quite do what I need (it doesn't seem to play well with nested choices or multi-line help text), but I wanted to link it in case anyone else is looking for the feature and finds this thread.

Off to code my own!

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
Yay, now back in action Happy Christmas time, coming back!

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
