Hello
For the game I'm developing, I have decided to add difficulty settings. For example, Hard difficulty: all enemies have +35% on all stats, -30% XP is gained from enemies when defeating them, higher encounter rate.
I've decided to copy and paste all enemies and change their stats to suit Hard mode, now I just want to copy and paste the main map and change the encounters to the Hard mode enemies. However, I cannot copy and paste the main map along with all the submaps, is there a way for me to that?
Thank you

make a copy of your project, than copy all data files (map, stats, skills etc) that are modified
to the project.

data has all maps, if main map is map001.jason and submap map002~map010.json
transfer those as well.

BACKUP first, because if something went wrong, your main project is still save :)

Why are you increasing your workload and abusing your resources processing, and risking messing up the maps programming? Just add in-game some clever option dialogue, then show choices: "I like it easy" "I want a challenge" "Bring it on" whatever, then for each choice add the corresponding parameter changes. For special changes in the character, give your player invisible states like Sp-Parameter Experience*80% etc

New pet peeve: Telling tech support personnel what something is doing, only for them to tell me (in excessively condescending tones) what it should be doing. Yes, I know what it should be doing, and if it was doing that, I wouldn’t be talking to you and your attitude problem about it right now, would I? >.<

Hello.
The rules I makes pun about on your last thread is about "Verify Files" before anything else, if the stuff comes from STEAM. Which means, if it could be fixed with just that, there is no need to redownload the whole stuff.
But glad the reinstall worked, hope you enjoy it and your days too.
uh oh, I just tapped into a fresh, deep vein of nightmare fuel right here guys:
