So, I'm new to releasing games, and I'm starting out a game, and there are two main things that worry me. I'm new to copyright, so am I able to just put it in the bottom of my main menu or in credits, or do I have to directly state it. It's game music, too, so do I credit the game (Chrono Trigger and Dragon Quest), the game maker (Square Enix), or the game publisher (Nintendo)?
The second thing that bothers me is the fact that I have some amazing battlers that I found, that unfortunately, I don't know who created.
Here are some of them, if people know who they belong to or what I can do, please tell me.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
