I need help with these sprites.

I know the problem is the dimensions but I can't figure out the correct working dimensions. At the moment they're turning out like:

Can someone help me out please.

Your first problem: To understand this better, I took the sprite and put it into a single "$" sheet.  It was 129 by 190.  Since the editor works best with factors of 32, I made the single sprite's dimensions 128 x 192 for all 4 directions.  The entire sheet will be 4 sprite sheets long and 2 sprites sheets wide 512x384.  Your current sheet is 384x512 where 512 is height instead of length.   Looks like the dimensions got switched?

Your second problem: These are arranged as "XP" character sheets.  You have an extra row of movement you won't need for ace.  I needed to remove the first row.

Your third problem: The sprites need to be edited to fit into ACE properly, meaning the spaces between the sprites must be removed.

Looks like it is working now =3

Thanks. This is for a school project, and I only have a day left to finish, sorry to be such a stickler, but could you please post the fixed images so that I have some extra time to work on the project instead of fixing the sprites?

I cannot since I do not know the original artist to credit who made the sprites, or if they allow their work to be re-posted.

OK, that's fine. I'll try to fix the sprites while I have time. Thanks for letting me know what was wrong.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
