Also, If i make a game with the RPGMV program, can i sell it on steam and not get sued? I'm kind of lost on to how it works.

I have removed your first paragraph as we do not allow soliciting for free/cheap software. Sales with significant reductions come up quite often, so I suggest you wait and keep an eye out for the next one.

Yes, you can make a game with an RPGMaker engine on Steam without being sued (see my signature) as long as all the assets you have in the game are available for use in a commercial game.

So, everything that comes with the engine i.e. the default assets can be used. Any Resource Pack you buy can be used in a commercial game. Many free assets can be used in a commercial game - but not all. For free assets you must always check the terms to see if they can be used in commercial projects.

If you are using rips then yes, you are open to legal action by the owners of the rights of whatever it is you have ripped.

RPG Maker (all versions) go on sale quite often. If you're on Facebook, follow RPG Maker Web or simply sign up for the email newsletter for this site. You'll be notified when they have sales.

Rips are sprites from other games that have been, well, ripped. If you make a game with sprites from say, Final Fantasy 6, Square Enix could come after you for violating their IP and copyright or whatever.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
