CP's Luna Status Problem

Not 100% sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I'll try anyway. I have my status menu looking great using CP's Luna Status Config, but whenever I try to switch actors using Q and W, all I get is the background image and none of the actual information or actor specific images. Not completely certain what's going here, my scripting knowledge is pretty limited. Any help would be appreciated!

This is the only thing I can do.

You give us limited information in what you wanna do with Luna Engine.

It would really help us if you show us your menu, tell us what you want to happen and what exactly the problem is.

Screenshots are always welcome. ;)

Except if someone will understand what exactly you wanna do by the provided info.

I can not and I am sorry for my inability. :(

Sorry, I'll try explaining it better and with screenshots. When I enter the status menu from the main screen it always comes up fine, no matter which actor I choose.



However, when I try to use the Q or W keys to switch the actor displayed in the status menu, the entire menu disappears.



The skill and equip menus switch actors just fine, it only happens in the status menu. I'm wondering why I get a blank screen instead of viewing another actor's status screen, and what I can do to fix the problem. I'm using CP's Luna's Status Config and Core to create the menu.

If this is related to Luna, there are a few things you should know.

Luna hides all windows.

You have to make some graphics to be displayed (using certain commands to display them) and also Luna draws info from the RGSS3 to fill in the menu.

The thing is that I can see a blur to your screen, meaning you ARE in a menu but there is nothing to display.

So I guess Status menu was not implemented there and that's why I ask if you use the free to try Luna Instead of the commercial one.

I'm using the commercial version of Luna. The graphics for the status menu display just fine until I try to change actors from within the status menu; each individual actor's graphics display like they should if I access the status menu from the main menu. I'm not sure why the only time my graphics aren't displaying is when I switch actors.

Instead of Q - W try left and right arrow.

Does that make it work properly?

Gee gimme a moment to see if I can figure out what is wrong.

In the meantime... did you built your game on a ready Luna demo?

If yes that might help me a little.

Actually you can build upon EvilEagles demo. It works perfectly.

You can change the positions to fit to your graphic needs and change the graphics one by one.

Edit2:

Is the script all right or did you commented out anything?

Even a line can cause that.

It is like pressing Q never refresh the data I guess and never tries to display anything at all.

Post the scripts invovled each one into <code> indentation and put them into a spoiler here.

Someone will come soon to help you. ;)

Actually, I think I can do what I need with the EvilEagles demo as a base. It'll take a bit of work to get the element rates to display, but I know how to add those myself. Thanks for the help!

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
