Create a jump key

Ok so I want a common event to make my character “jump” 2 spaces forward.
I want it assigned to my space bar, but I
Only want it to work if the space that I am
To land on, is a passable space.
I want to “jump” over fences and cliffs and
Stuff, but I don’t want to be able to jump
To spaces that will get me stuck.

Is this possible at all?
Or should I give more info?

NVM I didn't realize this is for vx ace.

I think there are better jumping plugins out there for Ace, but I don't use it, so I can't point you in the right direction.

I thought about getting mv, but I have been told many times that vx ace is better. And since my game already had 100+ hours I will stay on vxa until this project is complete :p

that is going to need a plugin.
direct keyboard commands are better handled by code, not events.

To specifically use the space bar and not any other key will require a keyboard control(input) script. There are a few so go look for one you like. Then search for a jump script, there are a few of those as well. What you will probably need to do afterwards is change the code in the jump script to reference the keyboard reference from the keyboard script.
As for allowing only to specific areas, that's up to you (as far as I know) to design your maps well.

Well, I think you can use Yanfly's Button Common Events script, and then bind a key to a common event, in that event you can call "Set Move Route" function, there is a"Jump'" command, you can add 2 to X coordinate to make an horizontal jump or add 2 to Y to make a vertical jump.

If I can jump from anywhere and jump 2 spaces, the my map design will not matter when it comes to landing on a non passable tile. There is always non passable tiles, and if the jump command works anywhere then there is nothing stopping me from bugging my location.
I don’t need it to be space bar, any key would work fine. I just want to be able to jump objects but not jump to a tile that will get me stuck

It works well, but like I said the map design is important. If I was to enable the jumping all the time then the player could jump on top of walls and such. But if I put blank events in the locations where I think the player will try to jump but shouldn't then the player will be blocked.
You can try searching for a jump script that can be configured to be blocked with a region, or for that matter you could try yanfly region restrict script and pair it with the jump script.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
