1 - It would be a fighting game with turn-based RPG

 

2 - Serious online where 5 people would play at the same time

 

 

I would be the DM in a world pre-generated for me. As I DM, is incorporate it 2 or 4 players to the map, where I narrate a story and then would put enemies where players were

 

Come on, it would be a game of a session of Dungeons & Dragons

 

 

It could create this? It is very important that if there was multiplayer Online may be the internet, which is on LAN, if not, does not help: (

What you describe sounds very similar to Roll20.com, have you ever been there? You can do everything you just described, maybe you can get some ideas or make improvements based on what they have on their site.

A lot of other things would be either possible by default or by scripting, but RPGM is local singleplayer only.

You would need a big team of programmers to change that, and while a lot of people have tried that (some claiming partial success), no one has released a stable script for this as of today.
