Create VX Ace GUI

I have purchased the Luna Engine and I am wondering how to create custom GUI for VX Ace? I have Photoshop and other programs, but I am not familiar on how to create these... Or is there possibly somewhere I could purchase or maybe commission someone to create the whole thing or parts for it that I can put together?

There's a Classifieds area where you can commission artists for payment, but you will need to be active on the forum for a bit longer before you'll have access to that area.


Luna Engine comes with some sample projects.  You could take a look at those and see what images have been created for it, then use those as a guide for your own experiments if you already have photoshop (though any image editing program would probably be okay as long as it lets you have transparent layers).
