Create window with scrollbar?

Hello everybody!

This is my second post .

I would want create a "Window_Info" similar to this next image (cutout from RPG Maker MV environment):

1. Is similar to Window_Help. His function is write a text.
2. But this text could be extends in the height. For this, I need to create a scrollbar

I tried make it but, in first place, I couldn't make a scrollbar (really I don't know how create it), but ok, exist other options. I used the functionality of "Window_Command" and I created something "seem" to my target. But while I did making this... I understanded thath my idea was very bad and I deleted this.

I followed the functionality of this but in the process I got lost...
I'm sure that I'm searching bad because is impossible that I'm only I want to make it... Or yes?

Why I want make it? Because I thintk that this will be useful, not only for me, for others too.

For now I'm making other functionalities that I can make. But I would want retry in the future, but... How?

scroll bar are deactivated for game environment.
But if you want app environment, you can manage this with nwjs
