Elements are nothing but a name to give a property. It has no substance in of its self.
Then you go to the features section of enemies, Actors, equips, ect, and by giving a char a reasistance to said element, then making a skill/weapon or whatnot have the element as a property, all of a sudden now the element is given substance.
Also, if you want an Enemy to do some specific response if a Skill with that element is used, have the Skill add an invisible state, and you can then use the Enemy battle page to say "Do (desired action) IF (invisible state is applied)"
For example, attacking a Fire God with ice might hurt him badly ---- and make him mad so he casts the ultra-powerful spell Hellfire in return...
Yes, that's all you need to do to CREATE an element. You still have to IMPLEMENT it, as already pointed out. I assumed you already knew how to do that, based on the elements that already exist.
so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most.
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
