Creating that "Mission Briefing" feel

Considering the time stamp, it seems I can tell what happened. You edited as I was typing (not knowing I was typing) and I posted in response to your original statement. In this, I'll admit I was wrong and that led to a misunderstanding, a good deal of it on my part.
If you're okay with it, I'll apologize for misreading the situation, and for any misreading of tone from you. With that, I'm done with that. I'm going to try very hard to step away from that and respond to what you've last asked:

While your site may be useful in the future (maybe even with this issue), it doesn't fit what I'm aiming for right now. Honestly, I was hoping that maybe there would be a mission briefing plugin of some sort, not to have to use the normal "Show Text" events, since they don't look the way I want them to for the purpose of this (which is why I was looking for an alternate way to display the message.)
Based on what people have said so far, it seems that the only way to get it to look the way I imagine in my head is through creating a video (which I was also hopping to avoid). I may give up on the text playing out on the screen, and instead simply create a "case file" image that shows the mission briefing with some relevant pictures.

Edit: Because it seems like I'm going to get these two posts merged anyway, I have to do this through an edit in order to avoid a misunderstanding. To the Mod doing this, Stop. You're actively making things worse.

Chuck4688: I have had a quarrel with one person in this thread. A mod has merged two different conversations I was having and made it look as though I was responding to both people. Please take the responses to the two quotes as separate. I'm still quite frustrated that "TheGentlemanLoser" was thinking I was aiming my anger at him. The only people I've responded angrily to were those I believed weren't trying to help. This should have never turned into drama in the first place, but there have been a lot of misunderstandings and misreadings of intent on all sides.

As far as I am aware, there is no script which does what you want and any plugins out there won't work because plugins are for MV/MZ.

My only suggestion would be to make a specific request in the RGSS3 Scripts Requests forum and see if anyone can come up with something.
