hey there!!
considering i'm more of the artist type than my scripting type, i'd probably be more useful to make an art dev thread instead of a normal dev.

i'll just be posting things as i get them done!

//i haven't done this before so any tips on how to better organize this would be nice!

yes, it's actually called creative title. it was a test name that just kinda... stuck with me for some reason.

enemies

in order:
minion, smokescreen, toxin, and ember
shopkeeper sprites

mina sprites(main companion)

brenda sprites (secondary companion)

i used brenda as placeholder sprites for a secondary companion, buuut i really liked the character design in general so i just went with that

charlie/yourname sprites (character you play as, and the only one i've actually done overworld sprites for...)

i don't like most of the talksprites so i'll probably redo them later

wocky sprites (antagonist)

literally the only thing i've done for him is his first battle sprite oops

other sprites

these are just characters that only have one sprite, usually recruitable characters

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
