I don't know where this would go, so I'll put it here.
When I make a game in RM using at least some RTP, who do I credit? Kadokawa or Enterbrain?

LOL! Just to be on the safe side! XDIn doubt: Kadokawa, Enterbrain and Degica haha. That's what I do, thinking now I do not know if some of them can be one.
Thank you!Ace, for example, was Enterbrain
A. Ownership
ENTERBRAIN retains all title, copyright and other proprietary rights in, and ownership of, the Software.
The game IS linked with the software. If you made it with the software, it is.I'm on the same pickle here.
I'm listing Yoji Ojima / Enterbrain (Ace), as it reads in the About section and help files, but the Steam page lists Degica and Kadokawa.
I assume the Steam page takes priority because they took over after the updates, after version 1.0, and everything that led to MV?
but then I went to the Steam page's public EULA (which seems to be the updated one) and it reads:
it also never links "the Game" with "the Software", so theoretically I could state " *I* created *this game*, *Enterbrain* provided the tool" ?
I plan to not be using any RTP, just the basic engine.
Well, I don't really know, but I just credit Enterbrain anyway. The details are kind of murky, at least too much so for me to think about leaving them out.yes, but I mean, it is not stated legally in the EULA.
they basically say "if you release your game, you release the developer of all responsibility, and you make yourself responsible of everything you pack with it."
they never say "you must state that the developer is intrinsic part of the creation of the game", which would be the opposite.
(I just checked that the splash screen for Ace states "developed by Yoji Ojima / Enterbrain" and "distributed by Kadokawa", so I guess it's just a commercial separation of the same organization into two.... also, the RTP EULA clearly reads "Enterbrain")
