CRI and magic skills

It's only just occurred to me - does CRI also apply to magic skills or only physical skills? The Vocab default script, with its use of "Hit" and "Blow" suggests physical, but Game_Battler seems neutral.

Any skill or item makes use of CRI so long as "Critical" is set to "Yes" under the damage formula. HIT refers to hit rate which only applies to physical skills or items.
