Hey everyone, just thought I'd pop in and expose myself! (And I hope i'm writing this in the right forum)


I've been working on a project for about 2 years now. What started as a small little funny game about me and my friends turned into something much bigger than I ever imagined it to be. I've been passionately writing plot, story, characters and scenes in these past 2 years and I have made a lot of progress, and a lot of improvement on that progress. I'd say, right now with the plot that I have been writing around, I have at least 40% of the main story down and ready to be made (That being said, its the main plot, and theme and all that. Like, I know exactly what the end goal is, I know how major parts of the story will happen and so on). 

It's become something entirely new than what it was going to be, but still holds true to some things. The characters, for instance, are all based upon real people, myself included, for one part of the timeline. (Yes, timeline. I've planned a sequel and two short prequels that might be made into one game) Other than that, everything is from my imagination.



The summary/backstory of what I have so far, for just the first game is quite long to put here, but I will gladly link a drive file here for anyone who wishes to read it

If anyone has any questions about this, I will reply as quick as possible. And, I will keep everyone posted with updates if people are interested enough.

Edit - I forgot to mention, that I've been working on this by myself. The only help I've gotten is my friends play testing a small portion of the game that i created as a demo to see if they enjoy the story and gameplay (Which they do haha) Anyone wanting the link to the demo (Which is a year old and I'm working on a new version at this time) Just ask. I will be glad to send it out. And another thing, I have much more to share, but the story would be for a different game title. I plan for a second and third game to carry out this 1 plot, and then a 4th game to follow a new plot set about 25 years after this plot, which i am working on the game for as well at the same time.

Sorry, haha. I did read the forums, but I didn't know which one to put it in. I was conflicted by the fact that I dont have much to show other than a backstory haha. You could put it in early project feedback. That seems the most appropriate.
