So I'm sort of at a loss as to how to achieve this. How would one make a buff be measured by the percentage of a user's stats?
For example, I want to give the user a skill that buff's the party's total atk but I want it to vary depending on the user's Mind stat (A custom stat of mine). I want the buff to be a flat number of 40% of the user's Mind stat.


If this doesn't make much sense... I will try my best to clarify.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
