RMMV Custom Choice Window Request

Ok, I'll ask this again in a different way since I didn't get a good answer last time. Is there a plugin or a way to make a custom choice window that uses pictures? Like a custom window that lets you select different pictures as choices? I don't know how to code so I wouldn't be able to make one myself.
Example:
Who is the killer?
Show choices

• Red
• Blue
• Cyan
• Purple
• Green

Basically something similar to the Among Us voting screen but as a custom choice window using pictures. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me with this. I linked a simple edited version of the Among Us voting screen below. I'm thinking this could maybe be achieved somehow with the YEP_X_ExtMesPack1 plugin but I wouldn't know how if it is.

The picture is customizable.

I have but can't figure out how to use a custom picture.

In the demo, you'd find a picture named "VNButtons.png" on img>system.
You can replace that picture with any picture you like, just make sure it's divisable into 5 sections.

Is there a way to change the position of the choices?

If I set it to the left or right, it's always in the middle no matter what I do.

I went ahead and paid $5 to get all of the YEP plugins so now I have the Picture Common Events plugin. Is it easy to use?
