It seems you need to install the RTP. Those sound effects are from it, at least. You can find the RTP on this website, you can download it for free. :)

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
