Hello there!


Let's make things short- I am taking requests for custom portraits. I need some practice and want to support the community. =)


Please make sure to read the guideline first. Thank you.


Guideline:

Spoiler

• I may refuse any request for whatever reason. (mainly because I am not confident enough to get the job done)
  
• Original characters only. The exception are the characters included in the RTPs. Original characters will be favored.
  
• I will, under no circumstances, do any fanarts/ rip-offs. If you request any fanart, I will most likely ignore your request without any reply.
  
• Non-commercial projects only.
  
• You may only use the images for games created in RPG Maker as well as the IG Maker.
  
• The requester, and only the requester, may give others permission to use artwork requested by him- or herself without further notice. This applies to original characters only. RTP-based characters are free to everyone.
  
• You may edit the artworks you requested, but are not allowed to redistribute those edits outside of your game. This permission can not be passed on to others. RTP-based characters may be edited by anyone.
  
• I will post any requested image in this topic when it is finished.
  
• In addition to this workshop, I may show WiPs as well as finished images in my workshops in other online communities, unless asked otherwise
  
• I do not want to be mentioned in your credits. If you insist on crediting me, though, list me as "Chen Li".
  
• If there will ever be enough fullfilled requests, I may release a collection of those images in some kind of artbook. By placing a request, you give me permission to redistribute your requested images as part of a portfolio or an art collection in printed and/ or digital form commercially. Please give me a name to credit you as the character designer. If you don't, I will take your username at the time of your request.
  
• By posting a request, you confirm that you acknowledge the present guidelines, wether you read them or not.
  

Please take the following points into consideration. They basically outline my limits and will most likely change over time.

• Characters only. They need to be human. Elves etc are okay, since the difference is minor.
  
• I only draw characters from head to hips or less.
  
• No fancy angles, sorry. Only eye level shots.
  
• I will not draw emotes or edit those in. You may do so yourself.
  
• In case the design is not symmetrical, I offer to make an adjusted version facing the other way. This got a very low priority, so it may pushed back if there are other requests in the meantime.
  
• No backgrounds.
  
• I try to get the job done in two weeks or less. Please excuse the long timeframe. I got to earn money and play videogames, too, you know.
  
• There are no slots for now. I will randomly fulfill requests in any order I desire. From my experience, I won't get that many requests anyways, so there is no need. I hope I'm mistaken on this one, though,

This workshop is closed for the time being. I am helping out with a game now so I have to draw several characters for that one.


I will finish the images already requested, of course. There might be some delay, though. My apologies.
