Custom tileset blending with surroundings, please help

    I'm trying to make a custom tileset, one tile at a time, and I started with a red walkway, but when testing it out, it shows the wrong tile areas! Please let me know what i'm doing wrong.

    The tilesheet looks OK at first glance, but what is its exact size?
    Tilesheets for MV have the same structure as Tilesheets for Ace but are 150% larger, and the map with the mixed tiles looks as if you used a MV-sized A2 in Ace...

    I just opened Dungeon_A1 in gimp, put up a 32x32 grid , and exported it at the same size, renamed it to be a different tileset to not overwrite the real Dungeon_A1, and imported into vxace. Pic related is path and filesize.

    Could you please show an uncropped screenshot? Sometimes it's easier to figure out what's going on when we can see the entire thing.

    Somehow you mixed up the filesize.
    The 768*576 is the MV size for A2, the sheet is too large.
    Ace needs an A2 of 512*384.
