RMMV Damage ability that ignores buff and status on enemies?

I want to make a skill that ignores all states and improves the fighter's stats when it hits.

For example, the opponents gain a state that reduces the damage suffered, but this ability would cause damage to them as if the opponents weren't in that state ...

Could someone help me with this?
I am using Yep Plugin

I know you could do this without plugins if you don't use MDR and PDR. You can do it in the damage formula. Now, if you want it to ignore buffs, but not ignore debuffs.. i think you'll have to use a plugin for that. Unless you get super creative with the damage formula

I tried something but the result is not satisfactory. I'll have headaches trying with <Custom tags> and others
