Really? You can't see from the list on that page that ItemCore and EquipCore need to go below all the battle plugins, and you have them way up the top? I'm not saying they are the only ones out of order - I only had a quick glance through the top third of the page.

As there are a lot of plugins, I'd probably make a list in a spreadsheet of the ones from Yanfly's site, in the correct order, then I'd make a list in the next column of the plugins in the project. As soon as you have to go upwards to find one in Yanfly's list, you know you've got it in the wrong order.
I'm not talking about the one in the firs post, bu in my second one,this oneScreenshot (10).png
Where both item an equip are way below battle

Shaz is not the only one trying to help you, and I can still see the two wrong plugins I already mentioned in the wrong position on that screenshot. Now you only need to find the third wrong one, and I already posted how to do that

new discovery,but one that does not really help...it happens with no yanfly plugins too,so they are not the problem

They still need to be in the right order.

Is the damage popup from the default battle system? Does it happen with NO plugins? If you have a plugin to give the popup, what is it?

If it happens with no Yanfly plugins, but it doesn't happen when ALL the plugins are off (make sure you save the game after turning off the plugins), then it must be one of the other plugins causing the issue. In that case you have to do what was suggested above and turn off all your plugins, turning them on one by one and testing, until the issue happens.

Also, are you doing a proper test play here, or are you using the Battle Test command from the Troop tab? Some plugins won't work correctly at all during a battle test.

And as I already said above I have several other ideas what could have happened, but I simply refuse to go onto them until you fixed the errors we already told you are there. So please read back the older posts and follow our help

1)The only other plugins i have are the default ones
2)playtest,at it started as a test for The enemybook plugin

So if you start a brand new project with NO additional plugins, the problem still happens in that project as well?

Have you changed the font from the default?

After you corrected that order, please show us which picture your project uses for the popups. It looks as if 150% of the true number area is displayed instead of only the number, and that resize is the exact conversion from Ace to MV.
So if you accidentially (or because they looked better) used the Ace-sheet, this is a possible result.

By attaching the picture from the project we can check if it is in the correct size.

No I Didnt even Know You could do that(check my battle screenshotsharold is in default font)

if it's actually that,it may be because i tried to install the "Chrono trigger ABS" one And It made these the default images

Good pickup @Andar - I didn't even realise that - I thought the second lot of numbers was meant to be showing, and was cut off.

My Damage.png image only goes to MISS. There is no Critical, Counter or Reflection. So you are using an edited image, that's meant to be used by a specific plugin. The engine is taking 20% of the height because it's only expecting 5 lines.

If you replace the image with one from a new project, the problem should go away.

it was the second example picture in the second post that gave it away, because that had countert/reflect as one answer.
Based from the first post example alone it could have been both options, but you don't get counter and reflect in the same damage sequence.

I just didn't had the time to seperate the battle and other things yet, but its the full order you need.
if its in the incorrect place, make it correct and retest.
