Today is
Day 9, and this post is prewritten because I am out and about over night and I hope I can save the draft and post it from on the road. If this post is posted much later than usual, something went wrong ;D
Anyways, today I have some neat things for you (as usual, I hope xD):
First we have a set of icons that I just dubbed as crystals, though the two types were intended for different purposes. The gems are my take on something that could serve as an artifact in your game, or maybe something that could be used as an equipment item like a brooch or that you could use to symbolize a certain spell, probably something very magical or mythical.
The second batch are "just" icons that are intended for displaying life and mana with icons, while they also could be used to symbolize things like weapon charges
The second thing is a MASSIVE rework of the SF_Outside A4 and A5 sheets. Those were in the work for months, seriously, and it was really hard to reconstruct some things or to come up with something to properly replace some of these... graphic accidents. Some tiles had to be completly be remade from screatch and the difference to the default is at least in my opinion worth all that effort. There were random rock stairs on A5 that had no matching cliff at all, the red cliff was random and ugly, everywhere was dirt and some tiles just did not make sense at all! The red cliff took several trys to get right, so it actually fits the default cliffs from the non SF tiles...
Here is a before and after (you might see some differing B and C tiles as well, but those are not released for now cause they are at least months out of being anywhere close to be done):
With my Interior reworks and my exterior A3 rework we are another huge step closer on having cities that don't just all look ugly and dirty. So make sure to grab the other plug and play replacements for the SF sheets that I made before as well if you have not yet!
