Death State?

Greetings everyone. Do you know if its possible to continue after death? Like if you die you lose experience/gold but you return at a designated spot? Or if you can enter like a ghost state and return to your body/healer like Warcraft? I had an idea for this in one of my games but not sure if it's possible

It depends on what you want to do, but... Well, if you event your battles there is. You create an event, you chose Battle Processing and in the box that appears you check Continue even when Loser.
This only works if you're not using an ABS.


You can also use a script to change Game Over behaviour.

Basically I want only the boss fights to be able to kill you. If you die anywhere else, you are brought back to life at a sanctuary spot. Maybe minus some experience or gold. But the game only ends if you die to one of the bosses.

Depends on how you battle.

If you only use evented battlers, there is an option "when loose" that you can use to continue.
If you want random battles, then you'll need a script - there are several on the master script list.
