Hey guys! I just finished creating a demo of my game Tales of Ephanor. I would appreciate any feedback you guys can provide. The demo is about 1 hour long.

SECTION A: SYNOPSIS
Tales of Ephanor is about the journey of a young man named Leo who travels the world with his friends. They try to uncover the truth about the two major factions who are currently at war. During the game you will have multiple opportunities to decide which path Leo and his friends will take. Will they join forces with The Royal Army? Or with The Children of Twilight? You must find out what role each plays in the war then decide for yourself which is more righteous. Who will become friend and who will become foe. Be careful as your decision will alter the course and there is no going back.

The Royal Army

Protectors of the realm. Saviors of the defenseless. People say many good things about the Royal Army, so much good things it makes you wonder why no bad things are said. Our main character Leo finds himself hating that which protects his home. Ready to strike out against the first knight he sees, he starts his journey.

The Children of Twilight

Unruly tricksters. Harbingers of the Void. Unlike The Royal Army, The Children of Twilight are mostly despised throughout the realm. For what reason? Do they wish to usher destruction to the world? Or are they ostracized for their theory on how things played out thousands of years ago and not so bad of people?

These truths will be uncovered as you go along your journey and meet with the people of Ephanor. It will be evident early in your adventure that you must pick a side soon as the tensions are reaching a their climax. With your help the tide can turn for either side. Which will you choose?

Hey guys! So im here with a major update. I didn't really like using the default RTP for the game so I decided to bit the bullet and pay for a tileset. Also i am learning on how to parallax my maps so they can look even better! Unfortunately I am pretty much going to have to rework the whole demo, but I still want to keep the same lore, monster stats, PC stats and skills so that hard part will be already done. From there its just making the maps and cutscenes again.

When i say maps i mean there will not really be an overworld anymore. I might still use it for the ship and airship, not sure yet. Also im thinking about changing the encounters from random to where you can see the monsters on the map, we'll see how it goes.
