Hello everyone, in this RPG Maker MV Plugin Tutorial I'll show you my new plugin DG_PlaceAnimation. This is a simple plugin that lets you use a Plugin Command to play an animation anywhere on the screen without requiring a player or event as a target. This opens up the game engine to create different genres and not just RPGS.
