Hello, Noobish question!

Just downloaded it last, I'm having dialogue problems, my characters start the event 2 dialogues and completely skips over the 1st event.

Sounds like a simple problem but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. The other disalogues work perfectly fine.

Post a screenshot of all event pages, we can't help you without knowing what you did.

Most probably you mixed up with switches and conditions...

If you have 2 pages on your event and you haven't set conditions on the second page, then the second page will be active.

If you have more than one page, then you MUST add conditions to later pages. The engine searches BACKWARDS through the pages and stops at the first one it finds that either has no conditions, or has conditions that evaluate to true. So (generally), what happens first in your game should be on the first page, and what happens later should be on higher-numbered pages with conditions that will become true as the game progresses.

Thank you,

I'm too much of a noob to use switches just yet - so I put the messages the other way around since you said it goes backwards and now it's perfect, for now!

Then you need to learn about them, because your game will HEAVILY depend on using switches, and sometimes variables. If you don't know what they are or how to use them, you should stop developing, find some tutorials (look at the pinned threads in the Ace Tutorials forum), and learn about them. Otherwise you are going to encounter problem after problem and be stopping every 15 minutes trying to figure out why something isn't working.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD

Yay, now back in action Happy Christmas time, coming back!

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
