Practically what Resident evil 2 has you can start the game with a choice of two different characters and each that you choose will start you in a different place with a different starting character. I know that rpgmv and any others only has one character you can set as starting character with one starting place on the same map but a way I think this could work is if somehow it could call a script to open a different project that the user has the main menu skipped on it. If this is doable already I apologize.

Thanks for consideration.

This is usually done bymaking an event on the first map asking the player how he would start, and then transfering there (and doing any changes needed), no need for a plugin.

(just have the player start invisible and turn visibility on after the transfer)

I'd recommend you to check the mod Alternate Start - Live Another for Skyrim.
It's nice for roleplay and gives many options as well.
There are informations for each option the Read Me section of the file.

@kovak This is a plugin request specifically for MV, which means the OP can't use a skyrim mod - why do you link it here?

Hmm I get the gist of what you are saying instead of being from the main menu you could event it to happen on the first map and if someone chooses a different scenario they could teleport to a different map, what I don't get is how you could change the starting character with that it seems to me that you can only have one starting character or a party but could be wrong. This could work for what I was looking for though it's a bit different.

you could start with an empty party (just remove all actors from the list of the starting actors) and add them after the selection on the firs map before transfering to the real starting position.

Additionally, there are plugins to skip the titlescreen, allowing you to use a completely evented pseudo-titlescreen on the first map.

Ah okay now i feel dumb, you're saying start with empty party and add command to add person as starting character to party. Never tried that before thanks andar

Don't forget, aspiring writers: Personality isn't what your characters do, it is WHY they do it.
Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
