Let's say you want to make an NPC that will say different dialogue based on the direction she is facing. If you call this NPC from her back, she will say "A". If you call this NPC from her other sides, she will say "B". And of course you want to make her looks naturally alive. So you make her walk randomly with no direction lock.
Problem is, when you call the NPC from her back, she will say "B" instead of "A". The NPC will automatically face your character when she is called before the conditional branch is proccessed.
There is this script: https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/disable-npc-lock.17721/ back in RMVA days (thanks to Shaz). Do we have this kind of plugin for RMMV? Or is there any way to do it without plugin?
