'Disable' Skill

I was wondering if it was possible to make a skill similar to 'Disable' from Pokemon.

This means that the skill will keep the enemy from using a certain skill that they have.
If used on the player, the skill disabled will not be able to be selected.

enemies use attack patterns to choose which skill to use, and the attack patterns have conditions when a skill is usable and when not.

However, the options are limited - so what you want to do needs to be done with "negative" logic. Basically you need to fulfill a condition to get the skill operational. Something in the troop event activates the condition at the start of the battle, and your disable skill removes that condition (or overrides it with a higher attack rate).

Can be done, but needs carefull design of the attack patterns.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
