Is there a way to type a reference into a skill description so that the in game description actually shows the calculated number?

Examples:

Default description:
"Tackle an enemy to the ground, dealing high physical damage. Gain 25 TP."

(Hidden ability formula: 100 + a.atk * 3 - b.def * 1)

What I am looking for:
"Tackle an enemy to the ground, dealing 128 physical damage. Gain 25 TP."

Is there a way to type in %100 + a.atk * 3 - b.def * 1% or something like that to display actual numbers for my players?

i just put "Stat X%" in my skills.
*4 being the basic damage is 100%
so when i have a.atk * 7 or a.mat * 6
the skill simply says Str 175% or Int 150%

Sounds like a good work around for now while I develop my rough alpha version.

The only real problem with this is that if your formula has a target reference then you cant account it on the description for most cases since there will be no target yet during the time the description is on.

Because of that, Tiamat's method is probably already a really good thing to do for this.

Yay, now back in action Happy Christmas time, coming back!

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
To whom ever person or persons who re-did the DS/DS+ asset packs for MV (as in, they are all 48x48, and not just x2 the pixel scale) .... THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!! XwwwwX
