Hi, its me again XD

During battle I do not see the range of a skill until after I select it. This could be tedious for when I have many skills and am going through them one by one.

Is there a way to display the range when I'm only "hovering over" a skill?

Additional Info: I'm using Yanfly's Skill Core, Target Core and Selection Control Plugins.

@Yoraee, please do not bump your topic unless it has been 72 hours later since your last post. You can review our forum rules here. Thank you.

You need to give people time to answer, our users do have other things like sleeping or working to occupy some of their time ;) , and that is why there is the required time of 72 hours between bumps...

That said, you need to explain what your "range" is and how you implemented it in the engine, because by default the engine has nothing named "range".

But most likely it does not exist, you'll need a new plugin for that.

@Andar My sincere apologies for that! I have learned a tremendous amount from the amazing people on these forums, the last thing I'd want is to come off as insensitive or disrespectful. Sorry, again

To be more clear, the "range" i was talking about is actually the target selection (I used the term "range" because it was the first thing that came to mind); like how when you select the skill "fire", for example, the cursor changes to show the enemy target of the spell, or for the skill "heal"; the cursor changes to show an ally. This change in cursor to show the recipients of the skill does not appear if I merely point at a skill. I need to select the skill as if I am going to use it for me to see who will be affected by it. So my question was if the display of the the targets to receive the skill can be shown before selecting it, like some kind of preview.

not before selecting, no - there are several ways to show targets after the skill is selected, but not before really selecting it.

You'll have to request a new plugin for that.

I've moved this thread to Plugin Requests. Please be sure to post your threads in the correct forum next time. Thank you.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
