Two of my favorite aspects in RPGs were the Golden Sun Djinn System, and the Final Fantasy IX Equipment Skills.

I really want to use both, but it's difficult to get so many scripts working effectively. (And as of now, I can't get the latter to work correctly.)

So, this is a tough request, but I would be forever grateful if it can be done. Simply put, I'd love to combine the Djinn System with the Final Fantasy IX Equipment Skills. The point behind this would be to make it so when the player equips Djinn, they can see the skills that would be learned from it, however, they still need to earn the AP before it's mastered and they can use the skills without the Djinn.

This would function seperately from the unleash animations when using the Djinn of course, and I'd need to be able to equip and remove the passive skills as necessary, using the points given to each character, which would increase by a different amount as they level up, just as it functions in Final Fantasy IX.

Each script works on it's own for the most part, though for some reason, I can't get the FFIX Skills to work where the passive ones can be equipped and unequipped. The Djinn Script works fine for me.

The reason I want this done is to condense the functions of my game a bit, and add a little creativity to the 'borrowed' functions.

Our latest feature is an interview with... me?!

People4_2 (Capelet off and on) added!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
