1. Check Updates – Check for updates of my plugins. Information about updates is displayed in the debugging console.
2. Debug Console – Ability to open the debug console when starting a game test.
3. FPS Meter – Automatically display the fps counter when the game starts.
4. Screen Resolution – Change the screen resolution.
5. Quick Start – The ability to skip the title menu and go to any screen.
6. Quick Load – Quickly load saves from any game screen.
7. Initial Preloading – Function for preloading resources at the start of the game with the ability to display the progress bar.
8. Maps Preloading – Function for preloading resources for each map separately.
9. Screenshots – Ability to assign a key to create screenshots.
10. Errors Log – Logging all errors to a text file so that your users can share with you in case of problems.
11. Tile Size – Change the size of the tile and the folder from where they are loaded.
12. Grid/Ruler – Ability to display a grid of different sizes on top of the screen. Ruler function. The ability to calculate the distance between two points on the screen.
13. Image Cache Limit – Resize image cache.
14. Audio Cache Limit – Resize audio cache.
15. Cursor Graphic – Change the mouse cursor.
16. Print Detailed Error – Change the screen with an error. Additional error information added.
17. Mouse Hover - Allows you to enable selection of list items by mouse hover.
18. Max Savefiles – Allows you to change the maximum number of save slots.
19. Title Menu Command Window – Allows you to adjust the position and width of the command window on the title screen.
20. Title Menu Exit Command – Allows you to add an exit command to the command window on the title screen.
    The command is added to the end of the list.

I dont see anything about audio preloader(i could be wrong), you need sumrnddde or the 5$ plugin from itchio preloader, which is nice

EDIT: Just downloaded the demo, and sure enough it says preload audio. Looks pretty cool so far!

4. (Optional). By default, the game can unload old files if there is not enough memory. Use the "Caching" option to force a file into memory.

The plugin requires a minimum version of the project 1.6 (you have installed 1.5.2).
Project version and game version may vary. The project version can be viewed in the rpg_core .js file.

Also, I do not recommend preloading absolutely all game resources.
