Zelda HUD

By Dekita

Introduction:

This plugin creates a simply health hud inspired by the well known Zelda RPG created by Nintendo.
The hud concept is simple: You have a number of hearts displayed on screen that represent how much of your hp you have remaining.

People who have played Zelda, may remember a time when they reached a point within the game and 'unlocked' a new heart. In order to replicate that, I have added some simple script calls that can be used to either get, or set, the numbers of hearts shown.

Additionally, the number of hearts shown is based on the current/max hp values of the main party leader. If they have full HP, the maximum number of hearts will be shown, and it will reduce as they lose hp.

Lol, The hero of time sends me to a page which:

<html><body>You are being <a href="https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Dekita/DMV/master/DMV_ZeldaHUD.js">redirected</a>.</body></html>

But instead it just wants me to save this file to the pc, not redirects. I only got this text after downloading the text file and opening it, and instead of a plugin, it was this

Kind of a simple question,but,is it possible to use another image? If the answer is yes,which part of the code should I edit to display the custom image instead of the hearts?

Nice plugin by the way.Keep up the good work.

@Hudell That is some funny shyt.

It seems that Link was temporarily thwarted by the evil that is MySQL. He has since used his powers of observation to find the weak point within the MySQL's structure, and has managed to regain control of the situation. Y'all should be able to download now without any issue. ^_^

@Ekanselttar The image file that you download, and put into the img/system folder. You would change this to any image of your desire.

It's in the beginning of the plugin:

* $gamePlayer.setHeartsShown( number )
 * ^ This script call sets the maximum number of hearts shown to the
 * number value that you pass in as the main argument.
 *
 * $gamePlayer.setHeartsShown()
 * ^ This script call gets the current maximum number of hearts shown.

i used " $gamePlayer.setHeartsShown() " and   "$gamePlayer.setHeartsShown(3)" as a script and as a plug in command, the plug in command doesnt work, and if i use it as a script i get following error: "Type error: undefined is not a function" :/

EDIT:

I should have press F8 earlier.. I had to install the MVCommons and the DMVCore plugin :) Works perfect!

The first line of that code was the actual error.
