A friend and I were making a game once that was dark fantasy survival. Humans were on the bottom of the food chain and the horrifying monsters and demonic creatures were attracted by rot. So not only was food scarce due to the setting but keeping rotting meat on you was severely dangerous because it attracted face-eating behemoths. You could eat rotten food but there was a higher chance of it poisoning you than not.

The game's in my stack of unfinished games, but there's 2 possibilities on the food thing anyway.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
