Hey there! I downloaded the Ancient Dungeon tileset pack. I've been using it for a while now no issues, have resized numerous tiles successfully, all has been great. Now I want to start adding some doors to building, but the door sprite sheet was WAY off somehow. When I try to select a door from the pack, it just doesn't appear. Pretty sure my doors are in the wrong order or something?

Here's a side by side comparison. Doors on the left work correctly. Doors on the right do not.

Also as you can see in this picture.. it looks like the selection tool should go DOWN to get the correct sequence of doors, but mine is going right. Do I need to manually re-order the sprite sheet?

Maybe try separating the gates into the sizes of the original file !Gate.

I've actually had a somewhat same issues with the Actors/Faces when I tried going more downwards for extra faces and all it did was give me issues so I had to crop it to the original size and add extra Facesets File.
I hope it help.

no, you need to rename the file

the selection window is calculated based on the full picture size and the assumption of the number of cells in it.
If the name of the picture file contains a $, then the RMs assume it is a single sprite with 3x4 cells.
If the name of the picture does not contain a $, then the RMs assume it is a spritesheet with 12x8 cells.

Your spritesheet has 12x8 cells but you falsely placed the $ flag in its name.

Both flags $ and ! have special functions and should only be used where needed.
(! indicates object sprite and disables the NPC-displacement of 8 pixels up, it is needed for doors and wall-features but should never be on people sprites.)

Got it solved! Thanks. Renamed the image (it came with the $ by default).

are you sure? Degica is usually better with checking their packs for mistakes.
@Touchfuzzy can you check if that file in Ancient Dungeons Winter is really misnamed?

Just checked, it is wrong, I'm messaging the people who handle the download files now.

Our latest feature is an interview with... me?!

People4_2 (Capelet off and on) added!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
