The sad truth of RPG maker sites is that everyone is too preoccupied with their own projects and ambitions to aid others. There's nothing much you can do about it though, because that is the type of person this hobby attracts.

the thing is that its ALOT of work to do all that, and its 100% custom. It takes a ton of effort and a ton of time for anyone thats not extremely good at pixel art. and since your not offering to pay nobody's just going to dedicate all that time and effort for nothing. dont take it personal.

I have looked at this topic a couple of times and I did like the fact that you've been doing work upon it yourself. I was going to give it a go but there hasn't been any time I could fit it in, so I'm sorry for that. Didn't pose mainly due to me not being able to and didn't want to leave you on any sort of false hopes.
It's hard to read your disappointment and this isn't really what I like reading in RM forums (the not offering to pay part), it shouldn't be about if people get cash for helping others. I'll PM you on Monday if I'm able to free up some time to work on some frames.

That is ok. I know the rest of the Actor 3 Set...
so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. 
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design...
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
