Draw Skill/Magic Cost from Variable?

Hello, I am new to RMMV and is still learning the basics and plugins (mostly). I've got a question:



Is it possible to make a new resource pool - like MP and TP or Yanfly's Party Gauge plugin - for the player to use?


Having a fancy bar is nice, but I can settle with just showing the cost of the Skill as well as remaining points to use for simplicity. (stored as variable)



For an extreme example, let's stay I want to make each school of magic (fire/ice/elec/earth/wind) to draw from their element's essence.


...which is doable with item plugins when I rethink about it, but can it per ACTOR/HERO instead of whole party?



A better (?) example:


Hero A


Ability : Tactics, Skills, Maneuvers, Magic, Limit


Skills consume AP, Magic consumes MP, Tactics use TP, Maneuvers use GP, Limit use LM


Something like that!


I am thinking of something like, if it is possible to modify Yanfly's skill cost item plugins to allow variables?


Lastly, about animation of battlechars, are we still limited to the default limit or is there any plugin that lets you make as much as you want?

I can make one if you want but i don't know if it work with yanfly plugins..

That would be great. However, I am still not familiar with Plugins and such so I am still dependent on YF Plugins for my project.


I would actually prefer for them to work together, if possible.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
