As stated in the topic post, exp actions are not tied to any specific actor by default. Only level up actions are.


You'll have to set a condition for your exp action.


Here is an example of a condition:

$gameParty.battleMembers().contains($gameActors.actor(x));

Replace x with the id of the actor you require in the battle.

Replace with the common event id. In that event you can just use normal event commands to randomize a variable and then add it to an actor's parameters. If you had something else in mind, you'll need to be more specific.

I uploaded a small fix that prevents crashes when Yanfly's job points plugin is not on.

I'm not sure how it pulls or what Scene its called since I just have it set on custom in the Yanfly Settings.

But I also want to point out that it seems like this plugin is incompatible with Yanfly's Charge Turn Battle System. I had the error that Kovak had until I removed CTB and then it worked.

I am not getting the same error with Yanfly's CTB, the jp window looks normal for me. All are Yanfly plugins above this extension? Can you tell me the exact steps to get to this error?

Ah, I was able to reproduce this error. I was testing the CTB battle where it would end immediately, but I didn't test a manual victory yet. The message doesn't appear and it's not possible to continue through the victory windows. I'll fix this soon.

I know how to make a common event for levelling up. I just need it to repeat itself for every level gained.

I uploaded a new version that allows access to the actor leveling up when you do a victory action effect.


Here's an example solution to your question:


<VICTORY ACTION TYPE: level>
<VICTORY ACTION EFFECT>
// set the amount of levels gained this battle to variable 1
$gameVariables.setValue(1, actor.level - actor._preVictoryLv);

// call common event 1
this.DXVACommonEvent("1");

I tried it with the Yanfly CTB and the message doesn't even pop up, leading to my characters stuck in a loop where they do the victory pose. It works best with the DTB since the ATB glitch I found requires very precise timing. I think you might have to code a function that turns off the command window when the battle's over? Otherwise I can switch battle systems.

Daz3D has the weirdest number scheme for model generations...
Genesis 4 is the 4th generation and oldest currently available, Genesis 1 is the 5th generation, Genesis 2 is the 6th, 3 is the 7th.... And then it goes Genesis 8. So 4, 1, 2, 3, 8.
