Hello all you wonderful people! I didn't realize that I hadn't made a Driftwood Gaming thread here. I'm not the best at remembering to post on all the socials every time, but I'll make an effort to drop our First Impressions here. If I forget, feel free to throw tomatoes at me or something.

I picked up the demo while watching the livestream. I've put roughly 3 hours into it since then and I love it.

It had a very solid combination of game elements that creates a solid gameplay loop.

The core system, pick 3 fight 3, Drives the game forward masterfully.

The roguelike aspect is well done, allowing you to keep 3 skills, equips or items from your previous run into the next life.

The battle animations can be adjusted so that battles transpire extremely quickly, especially as you progress and get into a rhythm.

The rpg and roguelike elements mesh extremely well, with neither feeling like it dominates the other.

I could probably go on for many more paragraphs, so instead I'll just say this game is worth playing.
